BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join their established team at Christian Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Position Highlights:

• Comprehensive Practice: Engage in a full-scope orthopedic surgery practice, with a particular interest in total joint procedures being advantageous.
• Established Referral Network: Benefit from a highly established primary care referral network, ensuring a busy practice from the outset.
• Supportive Environment: Work within a collaborative team that includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for clinic and hospital rounding support.
• Call Schedule: Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, with infrequent weekend call-ins. Hospitalists handle admissions for orthopedic surgeons.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Financial Package: Receive a two-year income guarantee followed by a work Relative Value Unit (wRVU) based compensation model.
• Signing Bonus and Relocation: A $50,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance are available to facilitate your transition.
