The Opportunity

Farmers D20 is seeking motivated, relationship-focused professionals interested in pursuing a career in insurance sales and client relationship management.

In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to assess insurance needs, provide coverage solutions, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Development

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs

• Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options

• Provide ongoing customer support and policy reviews

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Business Development

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement

• Develop relationships within the local community

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients

• Promote a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Professional Development

• Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities

• Develop product knowledge and industry expertise

• Learn agency operations and client service best practices

• Work closely with district leadership and experienced insurance professionals

Qualifications

Required

Candidates must be willing to obtain any required insurance licenses. Guidance and support are provided throughout the licensing process.
