Description All Weather Seal of West Michigan is looking for an experienced Retail & Events Manager to lead our growing field marketing team. This leadership role is responsible for developing and managing a team of approximately 15 Retail and Event Marketing Representatives (and growing) while driving lead generation performance through retail partnerships, community events, and local marketing initiatives. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 Marketing Representatives , with continued team growth expected Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and healthy competition Motivate your team to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team goals Identify future leaders and help develop internal talent Retail & Event Operations Oversee operations across retail partner locations and community events Ensure all booths, kiosks, and displays represent the All Weather Seal brand professionally Manage staffing schedules for retail locations and weekend events Coordinate event logistics, setup, breakdown, inventory, and promotional materials Maintain operational excellence while creating engaging customer experiences Performance & Business Results Own team performance and key marketing KPIs Monitor lead generation, appointment quality, productivity, and conversion metrics Analyze performance data to identify trends and coaching opportunities Implement strategies to improve efficiency, lead quality, and overall team results Ensure accurate CRM reporting and operational documentation Drive a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of leadership or management experience leading teams in retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or a related field Experience managing team performance and holding employees accountable to goals and KPIs Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Data-driven decision maker comfortable tracking metrics and performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, by example, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable working weekends for community events and trade shows Willingness to travel throughout Southern West Michigan Valid driver's license Career Growth At All Weather Seal, we believe our leaders should continue growing.
