GRO-FS, Inc. dba Golden Corral is seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as a Utility Person/Dishwasher. The role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, both inside and outside, to provide a pleasant and safe environment for guests and co-workers. The Dishwasher is an integral part of this position and must acquire the skill, knowledge, and ability to execute the job with excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests Clean the inside and outside of the restaurant Check, clean, and stock restrooms Empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met Follow local health department laws Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Thank you for your interest in Golden Corral.
