Pay Rate: $2,130 – $2,230/week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care, manage ventilatory support, and assist with respiratory procedures across assigned units.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience.

• Active Florida RRT license.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• Prior travel experience required.

• Epic EMR experience.

• Competency with invasive and non-invasive ventilator management.

• Experience assisting with bronchoscopy.

• Ability to function effectively as part of the core staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients across assigned units.

• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation.

• Assist with bronchoscopies and related procedures.

• Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status.

• Operate and manage respiratory equipment and ventilators.

• Document patient care accurately in Epic.

• Float to other units or campuses as needed.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Follow respiratory care protocols, hospital policies, and safety standards.
