Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Elkins, WV. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Additional tasks include clerical duties such as maintaining records, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to team members. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and managing correspondence Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications High school diploma or equivalent required You MUST be willing to obtain a WV Property & Casualty and Health & Life insurance license within the first 90 days.
