Job Overview Allstate Exclusive Agency Are you a motivated salesperson who enjoys talking with customers, overcoming objections, and closing the sale? We're looking for driven sales professionals who are ready to bring their skills into the insurance industry. This is a fully remote, W-2 sales position with a base salary plus commission, giving you the stability of guaranteed pay with the opportunity to earn more based on your performance. You’ll connect with customers, identify their insurance needs, provide solutions, follow up on opportunities, and confidently ask for the sale. We're looking for someone who brings energy to the phone, stays motivated by goals, and isn't afraid to hear "no" and keep going. Insurance experience is a plus, but it’s not required. If you already have your Property & Casualty license, great! If not, qualified candidates must be willing to obtain their license. Responsibilities What a Typical Day Looks Like Make outbound calls to provided leads Accept live transfers from prospects ready to discuss coverage Follow up consistently with potential customers Educate customers on the importance of proper insurance protection Use real-life claim examples to explain coverage Participate in daily sales training, practice, and coaching Continue learning and developing your skills with the team Help protect customers from everyday risks About Us We have multiple agencies located in Eastern Iowa and have recently expanded into Minnesota.
