ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member. I'm a third-generation woman business owner and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. Outside of work, I'm a proud hockey and boy mom, foster advocate, and rescue dog owner to Stella, Sapphire, and Stoli.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I'm Chair of the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Ambassador Board for the White Bear Lake Chamber of Commerce, and enjoy staying active in local organizations that help strengthen our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Samantha Ferrell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
