This role requires a strong background in Cardiovascular Operating Room procedures, with an emphasis on the ability to work independently. The environment includes working in a Level III Trauma Center and Magnet Designation facility, ensuring a high standard of patient care and access to advanced medical technology.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVOR

• Perform circulating duties in Cardiovascular Operating Room cases including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, and more
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
• Manage 1:1 patient ratios, maintaining detailed documentation and pain level assessments

Requirements of the RN - CVOR

• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in CVOR
• Proficient use of EPIC charting systems
