Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Frackville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach at Allied Universal. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, driver, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns. Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and communicate observations, incidents, and site conditions to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives as required. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
