• Provide comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team for care planning

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid RN Single State or Multi-state Compact License
• BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications (or equivalent)
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred
• Proficiency in technology use for clinical care
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Epic and 3M systems preferred
