• Shift: 7.5 or 5.5 in-house 24-hour shifts/month (flexible options available)
• Hours/week: Approx. 30-40 hours/week (based on shift choice)

• Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN (residency required within immediate local area)
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $150/hour (~$328,500 annually for full-time position)

What You’ll Do

• Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month at a Level-III community NICU
• Provide OB triage, patient evaluations, and management
• Assist with deliveries and surgical procedures
• Monitor fetal heart rates and perform inpatient obstetric consults
• Support high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with maternal-fetal medicine team
• Cover ER obstetric emergencies as part of the hospitalist team
• Participate in teaching opportunities with residents, fellows, and medical students

What You Need

• Valid OB/GYN license in California or eligibility to practice
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 2+ years of obstetrics experience preferred
• Excellent clinical skills and teamwork orientation
