Attorney - Chemical

Finnegan’s Chemical Practice Group is seeking an attorney for our Washington, DC office to manage and supervise patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work. Responsibilities Running day-to-day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys. Working on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, and counseling matters. Handling large clients with extensive worldwide portfolios. Leading client meetings. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO, including supervisory roles. Strong science background in organic chemistry/small molecules. Advanced degree strongly preferred. Licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where Finnegan has an office. The base annual pay range for this role is between $235,000 - $435,000. Salary offered will vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, location and internal equity.
