Job Description We are seeking an organized and personable Brand Coordinator to support the execution of brand‑focused promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. This position involves assisting with campaign preparation, maintaining accurate brand information, and interacting directly with prospective customers to introduce featured products and services. The Brand Coordinator will help ensure promotional materials, product presentations, and customer communications remain consistent with established brand guidelines. This role combines hands‑on campaign support with direct customer engagement and sales‑related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily activities for assigned brand campaigns and promotional programs. Prepare approved brand materials, product information, and promotional resources for scheduled activities. Maintain familiarity with assigned brand guidelines, product features, and current offerings. Help ensure promotional messaging is consistent across customer‑facing activities. Introduce prospective customers to featured brands, products, and services. Explain product benefits, service features, and available promotional opportunities. Engage customers in conversations to understand their interests and purchasing preferences. Assist customers with comparing available products and service packages. Provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and purchasing requirements. Support customers who wish to complete purchases, registrations, or service enrollments. Assist with organizing branded displays and customer presentation materials. Review promotional resources to identify outdated or missing product information. Communicate material needs and product updates to appropriate team members. Support product demonstrations and scheduled brand presentations.
