Treasury Specialist

The Treasury Specialist plays a critical role in managing and reconciling all corporate bank accounts. This position is responsible for daily and monthly cash reconciliations, preparing journal entries, tracking receipts and disbursements, and resolving discrepancies. Acting as a liaison between the Treasury department and financial institutions, the Treasury Specialist ensures accurate cash reporting, timely issue resolution, and strong compliance with accounting standards. This hybrid role requires four days onsite and one day remote per week and offers a pay rate of $23 per hour. Key Responsibilities Track and record all cash receipts and disbursements daily Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Maintain and update account reconciliation spreadsheets Record payments in the accounts payable sub-ledger Reconcile bank accounts monthly to ensure accuracy Audit team members’ journal entries for compliance and accuracy Review and clear manual wire payments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 0-2 years of prior treasury or cash management experience Experience with SAP or another large ERP system Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (intermediate to advanced) Ability to work on-site in Newport Beach (4 days per week) Preferred Skills Experience with SAP or another large ERP system Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks High attention to detail with accountability and ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
