On-Call Guest Concierge | Front Desk Specialist

The American Cancer Society in Dallas is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact at our lodge. This on-call, as-needed role manages front desk operations, checks guests in and out, answers inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security to ensure a welcoming environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and hospitality or customer services experience; flexibility to cover day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
