Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain Tennessee licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a Long Term Care facility, you will:

• Provide comprehensive PT services, including mobility and balance assessments, utilizing your expertise to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, applying your key skills in patient-centered care and therapeutic interventions.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans that align with industry standards and industry keywords such as rehabilitation, gait training, and patient mobility.
