Responsibilities: Manage the recruiting process, including: posting on appropriate sites, resume review and formatting, reference checks, interviews, offer process, and documentation through applicant tracking system Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies through social media, networking, and direct-recruiting efforts to attract the most appropriate talent Effectively guide candidate through interview, hiring, salary negotiations, and post-hire processes Proactively recruit and manage the on-going development of a candidate pipeline Drive revenue growth within the greater Atlanta market for the Accounting and Finance Practice Partner with business development professionals to achieve monthly/annual sales goals Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert to help educate the business development team on the market and recruiting best practices Partner with business development professionals to consult with client companies on effective recruitment and hiring strategies Actively prospect for new business opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college Previous experience in a sales, marketing, recruiting, or similar position preferred Ability to work well in a team environment Exceptional communication, organization and problem-solving skills Highly motivated self-starter, capable of developing and pursuing a plan with minimal supervision Pareto Solutions Group is located in Buckhead.
