Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $95,000–115,000

Position Overview

The Regional FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the Americas region. This role focuses on driving performance insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. The analyst will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Performance Analysis & Business Partnering: Analyze actual results against forecast, budget, and prior year performance to identify trends and drivers impacting revenue, margins, and costs.
• Insight Development: Develop meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decisions and partner with finance and cross-functional teams to investigate variances.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support planning and investment decisions.
• Planning, Forecasting & Reporting: Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes while preparing management reporting packages for leadership.
• Data Consolidation: Consolidate and validate financial submissions from regional business units and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Process Improvement & Controls: Coordinate recurring planning and reporting cycles, perform data validation and reconciliations, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve controls.

Required Experience/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 4–5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Experience within consumer products, retail, beverage, food & beverage, or other branded consumer industries.
• Knowledge of SAP BW, Datasphere, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives and reporting automation.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced coursework or certification in financial analysis or modeling preferred.
• Continuing education in data analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong academic foundation in quantitative and analytical disciplines.
• MBA or CPA certification is advantageous but not required.
