Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team in the Glens Falls/Queensbury area. This full-time role supports residents under the supervision of an OT, with focus on daily activities, rehab plans, and adaptive equipment.
We prefer grads of accredited OTA programs with NY state licensure, and prior geriatric or SNF experience.
