What You'll Do

Lead a team to complete high-quality HVAC installations from start to finish

Ensure zero-callback, right-the-first-time installs

Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices

Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job

Troubleshoot and solve complex install challenges

Keep your truck, tools, and jobs organized and dialed in

Work closely with sales and operations to execute at a high level

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

5+ years HVAC installation experience total

EPA Certification

Valid driver's license with clean record

Ability to lead jobs and crews independently
