Description As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities • Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests. Qualifications • Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
