Test ScriptsValidate Business requirement and Business Requirements mapping to Capability and ReleaseValidate alignment of Data and Integration requirementsValidate test scenarios mapping to business requirementsLead execution of test cases in client environmentValidate end to end testing coverageReview and Identify Workstream Solution Gaps and validate impact analysis for the changesPerform As-Is and To-be Business Process Gap Analysis and provide improvement recommendations.Anchor client training, in-house capability building.Comprehend and design industry standard information exchange models like CIM (61970 & 61968)Review and provide recommendations on proposed infrastructure plan and quality assurance test plans.Participate in customer workshops, understand both functional and non-functional business requirement and business criticality of desired systemsAnticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solution.Qualifications Basic:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institutionAt least 10 years of experience working as consultant or business analyst in Transmission and Distribution domain, Distribution Management System, Smart GridAt least 3 years of project Lead experience/ application testing in the above-mentioned areaMust have skill:Demonstrated leadership and expertise in Transmission and Distribution domain, Distribution Management System, Smart GridIndustry standard information exchange models like CIM (61970 & 61968)Excellent analytical and communication skillWorking knowledge of Software development methodologies like waterfall, AgileWorking knowledge of Software testing tools like HPQC, Agile ALM tools like OctaneVendor Billing range - Max: $105/HrWork Location - Rosemead, California
