Giving Group Realty is hiring a Listing Agent to work with homeowners throughout Clark County and Southwest Washington. This role is a good fit for someone who communicates well, builds strong relationships, and understands that selling a home is about more than just putting a property on the market. What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners to understand their goals and what matters most to them Help sellers make informed decisions about pricing and preparing their home for the market Create and carry out a marketing plan for each listing Prepare, present, and negotiate offers Guide clients through the process from the initial conversation through closing Keep clients informed and provide honest, thoughtful advice along the way What We’re Looking For A Washington real estate license, or someone actively working toward licensure Strong communication and relationship-building skills Someone who is organized and follows through A willingness to learn, take coaching, and continue growing Someone who enjoys working with others and contributing to a team A genuine interest in helping people make good real estate decisions The Team Support Real estate comes with a lot of moving parts. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers and renters Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Vancouver area Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve the best outcomes for clients Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions Qualifications Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role (preferred) Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements Ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred About-our-team Welcome to Giving Group Realty!
