At Signarama, the world’s leading sign franchise, we are looking for a dependable and motivated Sign Installer and Production Specialist to join our team. This role involves producing, installing, and maintaining high-quality signage while providing excellent customer service. You will work with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to create and install a wide variety of sign products. If you enjoy hands‑on work and seeing projects through from start to finish, this position is a great fit! Key Responsibilities Sign Installation: Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, wall graphics, vehicle graphics, and exterior signs at customer locations. Production Support: Assist with in‑shop production tasks such as vinyl cutting and weeding, laminating, trimming, mounting, and preparing signs for installation. Technical Skills: Safely and efficiently operate production and installation equipment including laminators, plotters, panel saws, drills, ladders, and lifts. Customer Interaction: Represent the Signarama brand professionally both in-store and during on-site installations, ensuring a positive customer experience. Site Work: Travel locally to perform site surveys, take accurate measurements, assess installation requirements, and complete installations. Maintenance & Organization: Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order and keep workspaces clean and organized. Inventory Support: Assist with monitoring materials and supplies to support smooth production and installation operations. Professional Growth Receive hands‑on training through Signarama’s in‑store programs, covering production processes, installation techniques, safety practices, and product knowledge.
