Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement, build relationships, and recommend solutions. Job Responsibilities Engage customers in a high‑traffic retail environment using digital tools, effectively communicate, educate, and demonstrate T‑Mobile solutions. Use digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions, apply solution‑based selling, recommend wireless solutions, and facilitate onboarding via the T‑Mobile app. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, processes, and system knowledge; remain customer‑ready and continually improve skills. Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, exceed customer expectations, and proactively drive sales activity; manage referrals and Be Back processes. Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up through device support. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Passionate customer advocate, balances customer experience with performance goals. (Required) Team player, willing to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices. (Required) Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel No travel required. DOT Regulated Not a DOT regulated position. Not a safety‑sensitive position. Pay Hourly base pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
