Security Assistant Account Manager

Your Responsibilities Overseeing a team of officers, develop schedules, conduct performance reviews, and address employee concerns. Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and incident response. Monitor the surveillance system and respond to alarms. Conduct investigations and enforce policy and procedure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff. Address client concerns and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement emergency response plans. Conduct regular drills and training exercises. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services. Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Implement measures to mitigate risk and enhance security. Oversee security officers, ensure training and development is up to date, manage incident response, and maintain a safe environment. Patrols and monitoring, access control, investigations, reporting, and documentation. Interdepartmental liaison, patient and visitor interaction, communication with staff and clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications: Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass an extensive screening process 2 Years in security management. Must have experience with emergency response. Must have security management experience.
