Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill newborns in a Level 4 NICU. The position offers an opportunity to work night shifts in a dynamic clinical environment, with potential floating to pediatric or pediatric intensive care units as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of neonatal intensive care experience strongly preferred. Ability to float to pediatric and pediatric intensive care units if needed. Flexibility to float to the NICU located in Carmel, Indiana, if required. Current licensure as a healthcare professional. Education and/or certifications as mandated by state regulations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Level 4 NICU settings. Familiarity with Sunrise Clinical Manager electronic health record system.
• Additional Information: The position involves caring for neonatal patients in a Level 4 NICU environment. Candidates must be adaptable to float between units and maintain excellent clinical standards.
