Supervisory Health System Specialist Connected Care - Veterans Health Administration

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of virtual care programs across the main facility and community outpatient clinics. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to integrate telehealth solutions into existing clinical workflows. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including privacy, security, and quality standards for telehealth services. Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance patient access and care quality. Provide training and support to clinical staff on virtual care technologies and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telehealth program management or health IT leadership. Strong knowledge of health information systems, electronic health records, and virtual care platforms. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
