General Foreman Electrician

General Foreman Electrician – Central Florida. Under general supervision, you will install electrical systems, services, and equipment in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards, as directed by EIG. You will ensure safe operation of all fixtures and systems and meet construction schedules. Responsibilities Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. Ensuring projects adhere to all codes, standards, and specifications. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings. Identifying and diagnosing electrical issues to address challenges swiftly. Working safely and efficiently with the latest tools, materials, and equipment. Effectively communicating and collaborating with superintendents, project managers, engineers, and fellow tradespeople. Providing excellent customer service to contribute to client satisfaction and project success. Required Skills and Abilities Excellent listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Effective participation in a team environment. Ability to contribute to a culture of safety in a construction environment. Proficient computer skills are a plus. Strong desire to learn and grow as a manager of field operations, working under the supervision of the Superintendent. Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. Education and Experience 5+ years of construction industrial/commercial experience as an electrician. Driver's license and clean driving record. Physical Requirements Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
