Commercial/Industrial Service Plumber

Join Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Northeast Texas as a Commercial/Industrial Service Plumber, where you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch plumbing solutions to our valued clients. We are looking for skilled professionals to help us maintain our reputation for excellence in service and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial and industrial plumbing systems.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes during all work.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and address concerns.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.

Requirements:

Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and industrial plumbing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to be on-call for emergency plumbing services.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
