Work‑from‑Home hybrid potential after training period. What You'll Do As a Licensed Sales Producer Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options. Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions. Prospect new clients through community involvement, referrals, and networking (no cold calling required!). Assist with policy reviews, renewals, and account servicing. Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities. Support customer retention through exceptional service and communication. Help clients navigate policy questions, coverage changes, and claims‑related concerns. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Work closely with Patrick and Christine to continue growing the agency and serving the community. What We're Looking For — Preferred Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred. Licensing support may be provided for the right person with the right drive and integrity. Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required. Sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or other relationship‑building experience is valuable. Ideal Traits Friendly, professional, and dependable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine desire to help people. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
