Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Ensure our guests receive Perfect Product with every visit
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A's high standards for operating and food safety
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's dress code
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency and reliability

- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 15-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
