Present and explain various property and casualty insurance products and coverage options.
Develop tailored insurance proposals that align with client requirements.
Process new business applications and manage policy renewals efficiently.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients through attentive service.
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental sales goals.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required).
Demonstrated success in a sales or customer-facing role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
A proactive approach to client service and problem-solving.
Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems.
