This role also assists with day-to-day branch operations, candidate communication, client support, and administrative tasks.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable using technology, and able to work independently while staying aligned with branch goals. This position requires someone who can work a flexible schedule, as some weeks may vary depending on branch needs, recruiting activity, and client demand.Recruiter Duties & ResponsibilitiesRecruit, screen, interview, and help place qualified candidatesConduct orientations and assist with new hire onboardingComplete and organize new hire paperworkUse the company ATS system to manage applicants and employee recordsPost jobs and source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruiting toolsSchedule interviews, appointments, and follow-ups with candidatesCommunicate with applicants by phone, email, text, and messaging platformsWork with the Branch Manager to support weekly recruiting and staffing goalsBuild and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and branch clientsProvide excellent customer service in person and over the phoneAssist with employee check-ins, attendance follow-up, and work performance communicationAnswer phones while managing computer-based tasksMaintain accurate records and prioritize urgent tasks as neededSupport branch operations as needed during busier weeks or schedule changesRequirements & QualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish is required for this roleMust be able to work Monday–FridayMust be able to work a flexible schedule, as hours may vary some weeks based on branch needsMust be able to work in-office at the Logan branchMust be able to work independently and stay productive with limited supervisionStrong communication skills over the phone, in person, by email, and through instant messagingComfortable using Microsoft products, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointGood computer skills and ability to learn new systemsStrong attention to detail and record-keeping skillsAbility to prioritize urgent tasks and stay organizedSelf-motivated, dependable, and professionalGreat phone etiquette and customer service skillsPrior recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office experience preferredSocial media recruiting experience preferredPrior scheduling and planning experience preferredMust have reliable transportationMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenApply Today!Ready to build your recruiting experience and help people find great jobs?
