Human Resources Coordinator Overview AS A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR, you’ll be responsible for promoting positive employee relations for all employees while assuring compliance of programs with all federal, state and local laws/regulations. The HR Coordinator promotes effective and efficient HR services through utilization of policies and procedures in a consistent manner throughout the institution and affiliate organizations.
