Summary of Position

As an Atlassian Consultant, you will develop solutions that meet the needs of your clients and create measurable value using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.). You will work through all project phases – from requirements analysis to implementation, documentation, and training – while building strong customer relationships and continuously advancing your technical expertise.

Your Tasks

Analyze & Advise

• Capture customer requirements, analyze and refine them to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility
• Facilitate scoping workshops and translate business requirements into concrete solutions
• Conduct audits of customer systems (configuration, performance, security, best practices)
• Develop tailored recommendations to maximize the value of Atlassian solutions for clients

Implement & Deliver

• Configure, implement, and integrate Atlassian solutions based on customer requirements
• Ensure that implementations adhere to best practices and standards
• Create clear project deliverables (technical and functional specifications, configuration guides, documentation)
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators

Customer Support & Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure clear communication and aligned expectations
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Identify opportunities for additional value and collaborate with sales as needed

Contribute & Develop

• Participate in internal expert groups to develop expertise and share knowledge
• Enhance skills through continuous learning and certifications
• Contribute to internal and external visibility (e.g., blog posts, webinars, events)
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation and internal materials

Do You Have What It Takes?

What You Bring

• A master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles
• A strong interest in Atlassian tools and environments
• The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Fluent in German and English
