The company co-innovates with deep engineering expertise, treating customer success as its own while building tomorrow's digital infrastructure.Quality SupervisorPrimary Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Quality Inspectors and Quality Technicians.Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and procedures.Review and analyze quality data, inspection reports, and nonconformance trends to identify improvement opportunities.Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality documentation.Ensure proper use of inspection equipment and measurement tools.Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and certification activities.Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.Develop, coach, and mentor quality personnel to improve technical skills and performance.Monitor key quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company policies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process efficiency, and defect reduction.Participate in new product introductions and process validation activities.Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.RequirementsAssociate degree or bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong understanding of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and quality tools.Experience with root cause analysis methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA processes.Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), process capability (Cp/Cpk), and data analysis techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience working with ERP and quality management systems.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key CompetenciesLeadership and Team DevelopmentProblem Solving and Critical ThinkingQuality Systems and ComplianceRoot Cause Analysis and CAPAInternal AuditingAttention to DetailCritical ThinkingData Analysis and ReportingCustomer FocusCollaboration and Cross-Functional PartnershipTime Management and OrganizationContainment and Management of Nonconforming MaterialWork Environment and Physical RequirementsPrimarily works in a manufacturing and production environment.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during facility and production floor inspections.Ability to frequently use a computer and standard office equipment.May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Must be able to visually inspect products, components, and manufacturing processes.Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, or weekends as business needs require.Requires adherence to all safety policies and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.What’s in it for youBenefit InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Mental Health Care401K with matchPaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick DaysTuition ReimbursementPerks at WorkLEAP ProgramMyFlexPayWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
