Youth Housing & Wellness Case Manager

Haus of Codec in Warren, RI, is hiring a Full-Time Case Manager to support transition-aged youth in our Emergency Shelter. The role combines case management with public health, helping clients navigate housing and healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a CHW certification, experience in case management, and fluency in English. You'll work from 12-8 PM, Monday-Friday, promoting wellness and community engagement.
