As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the center of daily operations and customer interaction:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, phone, email, and walk-ins
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide quoting, pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines
• Support outside sales by sourcing products and preparing quotes
• Manage key accounts, including Oil & Gas customers
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that keeps customers coming back

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, driven, and customer-focused:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Prior customer service or inside sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable with data entry and computer systems

• $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
• Full time; Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Office-based, customer-facing position within an active shop environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (with equipment as needed)
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to work in-person in Anchorage, AK
