Key Responsibilities
- Enter and format job description details into Workday Job Profiles with a high degree of accuracy.
- Apply standard process documentation to ensure consistency across all entries.
- Use Word, Excel, and basic computer commands to manage and organize information.
- Maintain clear, structured text formatting within Workday.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or improve the data entry process.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and basic formatting commands.
- Experience navigating Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Ability to follow established procedures and documentation.
- Curiosity and initiative to improve workflows.
