Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate them into effective IT solutions. The business analyst will serve as a liaison between the business areas and IT organization. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT deliverables, ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing documentation.
Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
Facilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Elicit and document detailed business requirements in an Agile environment using user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Work with architects and development team to design IT solutions that align with business requirements.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile team environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills.

Experience

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on healthcare domain knowledge (preferred).

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
