Construction Manager

Join Our Client as a Construction Manager in Pasadena, TX a world leader in gases and technologies! We seek an E&I expert with P&ID redlining, construction oversight, and safety leadership experience to drive project engineering and field execution.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Participate in project walkthroughs to define scope, review P&IDs, create critical instrumentation lists, and collaborate with OEMs on transmitter and valve specifications.
Contribute construction insights during engineering meetings, review panel/cabinet fabrication drawings, provide feedback on IFA deliverables, and represent Our Client at Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
Walk out IFC packages with bidders, manage site delivery of instruments, and actively supervise all electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction activities.
Attend and lead daily safety meetings to enforce stop-work authority, provide technical guidance to crews, resolve field questions, and coordinate daily schedule updates with the PM.
Deliver E&I technical expertise throughout the construction and outage phases, redline drawings as required, and provide comprehensive system startup support.
