About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Perform IV insertions and PICC line management as part of routine patient care
• Conduct telemetry interpretation to monitor and assess patient cardiac status
• Manage and monitor patients requiring ventilator support
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech electronic charting system
• Float to other departments and facilities as needed based on departmental rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current NIHSS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ventilator management and monitoring
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic health records charting
• Demonstrated competency in telemetry interpretation
