Mastech Digital is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant – Solution Architect (BPC SA) to support enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation initiatives for one of our direct clients.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead business process architecture, solution design, and strategic advisory for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.
\n
• Conduct discovery workshops, process assessments, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interviews to understand business objectives and current-state processes.
\n
• Define future-state business processes and operating models aligned with ServiceNow leading practices.
\n
• Advise customers and business stakeholders on ServiceNow platform capabilities, recommended solutions, and best practices .
\n
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions while balancing business needs and platform capabilities.
\n
• Develop and maintain process strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and transformation plans .
\n
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technical architects, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
\n
• Lead solution demonstrations, executive presentations, process walkthroughs, and design discussions .
\n
• Provide strategic guidance on process optimization, workflow automation, platform adoption, and continuous improvement .
\n
• Ensure proposed solutions support enterprise standards, governance, scalability, and long-term business objectives.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) .
\n
• Relevant ServiceNow CIS certification aligned with the required workflow/module.
\n
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, Solution Architect, or Strategic Advisor .
\n
• Strong experience with ServiceNow business process transformation and enterprise implementations .
\n
• Proven ability to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions .
\n
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and leading practices .
\n
• Experience facilitating executive workshops, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution demonstrations .
\n
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and advise customers on how to evolve their ServiceNow platform , rather than simply executing predefined requirements.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and consulting skills .
\n
• Experience working with enterprise PMOs, Product Owners, business leaders, and technical teams .
\n
• Candidates must be located on U.S. or Canada soil .

The ideal candidate is a senior-level ServiceNow BPC/SA who can bridge the gap between business strategy and ServiceNow capabilities. This individual should be comfortable challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, defining future-state strategies, and advising customers on the best way to leverage the ServiceNow platform .
