BE/BC Outpatient Primary Care Physician Needed- Western, NC

Caldwell UNC Health is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Health Medical Group & Caldwell Physicians Network provide the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System.

Position Features:

• Competitive total compensation package; including the following:

o First-year compensation guarantee at national benchmarks for your specialty

o Relocation Stipend of $15,000

o Sign-on Bonus of up to $20,000

o Potential loan repayment

o Resident Stipend of $1,500 per month for the final 2 years of training

o Productivity, Quality and APP Supervision bonus dollars increasing overall compensation

• Attractive phone-only call rotation with collegial partners below industry standard (avg. 5 days/quarter)
