Data Engineer (Databricks)

DescriptionClient is looking for a data engineer with expertise in AWS, Databricks, Python and Machine Learning Operations that can help them take on a few key data engineering projects. This is not a cyber security focused role, it will sit on the cyber security team, but will be strictly focused on data engineering.-Must have 10+ years of experience as a data engineer from a life sciences organization.-Strong experience with Databricks.-Python coding experience.-Experience moving data from one source to another programmatically and transforming that data if needed.-Several years of in depth experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.-Looking for a senior team member that can help this team adopt best practices, make recommendations for improvements, etc.-Work with clinical teams, medical affairs teams and business owners to help them improve their data engineering maturity.Skillsdatabricks, Python, Aws, DataTop Skills Detailsdatabricks,Python,Aws,DataExperience LevelIntermediate LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
