Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role offers a flexible schedule of approximately 12 hours per week, with the freedom to create your own consistent timetable. Location is in the vibrant Sunnyvale, TX area, working at one dedicated school site, supporting a small, manageable caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school setting or pediatrics highly valued
• Comfort with various therapy delivery models, including in-person and teletherapy
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children
• Knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, individualized, or small group speech therapy to K-6th grade students
• Manage and adjust a caseload of 6-8 students (subject to change)
• Assess, diagnose, and plan interventions for students with speech/language challenges
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with school teams and families
• Maintain thorough progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students and educational staff
