Our compensation structure includes:

• A weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts
• A base pay rate of up to $17.75 per hour

The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering automotive services efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service. Associates will receive training to achieve Level I certification. Key duties include:

• Assisting customers with their purchases in a sales-oriented environment
• Using computer systems to check product inventory and arrival dates
• Setting up work orders, scheduling services, and communicating with the service department
• Explaining work orders and invoices to customers
• Handling Retail Cashier responsibilities, including processing customer payments
• Installing batteries, balancing wheels, and repairing/installing tires as needed
• Performing oil changes following LOF procedures when required
• Adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies
• Interpreting vehicle inspection results and making service recommendations

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English
• Effective communication with customers and team members
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous auto repair experience is preferred
• Prior retail experience is also preferred
