Role Provides patient advocacy and care coordination in the operating room, ensuring safety, precision, and smooth procedures. Responsibilities Monitors and communicates patient conditions, maintains sterile field integrity, manages supplies and equipment, and orchestrates OR operations for flawless surgical outcomes. Qualifications Must hold a valid nursing license (Tennessee or multi-state), with recent ACLS or BLS certification. An accredited nursing diploma or equivalent licensure is required.
